LemonDecor.com is an exclusive online shopping store with a large product offering. Since our customers are unable to physically visit us, we make every attempt to make shopping at our web store as close to the "real thing" as possible.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners club & Maestro. We also accept payment by electronic bank transfer, net banking & bank draft. We can also arrange for the cash payment to be collected from the convenience of your home before the order placement, this service is presently available only in Mumbai & Navi Mumbai.

Yes, we encrypt all credit card information during transmission and storage, so that data is private and secure.

 

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of placing your order through our secured payment gateway. An online real–time authorization is done through the payment gateway.

 

WHAT CURRENCY WILL MY ORDER BE BILLED IN?
All domestic orders are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and international orders in US Dollars (USD). For international transactions, your card statement will show the amount in your local currency also, converted from USD at the prevailing rate of exchange.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Please provide the billing address in accordance the address on your credit card for successful payment processing.

 

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
After you make your selection and complete the payment process successfully, an automatic order confirmation email will be sent to you with an order confirmation number from LemonDecor.

 

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
You can track your order by keying in your order number in the 'Track Order' option on the home page or by logging into your account.

 

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR OCTROI OR ENTRY TAXES IN CASE OF DOMESTIC SHIPPING IN INDIA?
Our prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes. You will not be charged more than the price mentioned on the website. Duties & Taxes are only applicable to international shipping.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Subject to goods being in stock, domestic shipment across India typically takes 8-10 working days while international shipment takes 8 to 15 working days, depending on the country.

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
For all shipping addresses within India, we use the most reliable courier partner that service your pin code area.

For all International shipping addresses we partner with the best shipping companies, like Aramex, DHL, UPS and Fedex, to ensure your orders reach safe and on time.

 

CAN I SHIP DIFFERENT ITEMS IN MY ORDER TO DIFFERENT SHIPPING ADDRESSES?
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different addresses, please treat these as separate orders.

 

CAN MY ORDER SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?
Lemondecor does not ship to Post Box addresses.

CAN I EMAIL MY ORDER?

HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
You can modify your order during the shopping process by editing your shopping cart. Once you confirm payment, the only way to change your order would be to cancel and place a new order. Cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
When you submit your order online, it is instantly entered into our database, your order confirmation email is sent, and your payment is verified by our system. Within an hour or so, your order is transmitted to our fulfillment centers and can no longer be modified in any way. We hope that in most cases this expedited order process works to your advantage; however we recognize that it can make it difficult to cancel or modify your order. All orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase as, typically, order processing commences within two hours of its confirmation. Once processed, a cancellation cannot be accepted. All cancellations amount to a 50% cancellation fee. Any order requiring special production cannot be cancelled.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns only for defective goods or those that are damaged in transit when ordered through our online store.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY RETURNED PRODUCTS?
Since all our online orders require credit cards or a debit card as the mode of payment, your refund will be credited back to the same credit card or account used to make the original payment, unless other arrangements have been made with our customer care team within 30 days.

 

HOW DO YOU CALCULATE YOUR SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES?
We offer free shipping all over the world. For international orders, we offer free shipping for orders over 10 meters. Once items have been ordered, a confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly, provided that we have an accurate email address. You will receive a subsequent email when your product ships, including tracking information (if available).

 

WILL I RECEIVE ALL THE ITEMS IN MY ORDER AT THE SAME TIME?
We ship your items as and when they are available. If all of the items on your order are in- stock and ready to ship, you will receive them at the same time. If an item is delayed, it will be shipped separately, at no extra charge.

 

HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE?
Enter the promo code in your shopping bag to receive a discount on your order. Not applicable to previous purchases. Only one promo code per purchase; cannot be combined with any other offers. Shipping and handling charges still apply. The promo code is only applicable for a limited time.

HOW DO I ORDER PRODUCTS FOR HOME PREVIEW?
To be able to order products for home preview, you will need to add them to your ‘wish list’ from the product page. Once your desired products have been added to your ‘wish list’ you can choose up to six products for home preview. Once chosen you will receive a confirmation email followed by a telephone call from our customer care team.

 

HOW DO I CLEAN MY SLIPCOVER?
To keep your slipcover in the best condition, we recommend professional dry cleaning. If needed, spot clean with a mild water-free solvent. Allow the area to dry naturally. Also, to avoid mismatching between slipcover pieces, we recommend that you dry clean all pieces simultaneously.

A) DOES MY REGISTRATION ENTITLE ME TO MAKE THE PURCHASE?
Yes, you can make the purchase after registration; post verification and approval from LemonDecor.

 

B) CAN I ADD ITEMS TO THE CART EVEN IF I HAVE NOT REGISTERED ON THE LEMONDECOR SITE?
You will be able to add items to the cart, but only to make a price inquiry. To place your order online, you need a registered account approved by LemonDecor.
